Is anyone else unable to access the Community Forum when using their Cellular Mobile Network connection?

  • Is anyone else unable to access the Community Forum when using their Cellular Mobile Network connection?

    For weeks, I have not been able to access this forum from my mobile phone unless I am connected to wifi. This has never been a problem in the past, and I can reach many other forums and websites while on the mobile network.

    The error I get is "The site cannot be reached. The connection was reset."

    Spelling Bee or Twinkiepie, could someone please look into this?

    Stroumpfette It appears to be a carrier issue, specifically AT&T as there have been a few similar reports, all using that provider. Bongfish is going to see what if anything can be done.

      I found this AT&T support thread. The last entry is how one site fixed their issue.

      Upthread there are discussions re iPV6, but that may not pertain. Also, there was a time AT&T blicked GoDaddy domains, but I think that issue has been resolved.

          Spelling Bee and Twinkiepie, has there been any progress on this?

          It looks like a setting on the Bongfish side that needs to be changed.

            Stroumpfette I too am still unable to access to forum while using my AT&T Cellular connection. I will bring it up again and see if anything can be done from Bongfish's side to resolve it.
