While now Smurfs Village seems to be free from violent war game movies in SVMM there are shown several of this advertisements.

There is not much we can do about the Fleet Command ad, since both Smurfs' Village and that strategy game are rated 4+.
King of Avalon has a 9+ rating, so it ought not be there. We'll ask the advertiser to remove both. Thank you for the report.

We'll ask our ad provider to remove "New Shelter Survival" -- that game is PEGI-12 and iOS rating 12+, so it shouldn't be shown in SV (PEGI 3, Apple 4+), Thank you for the report!

... this should be enough info. Usually the ad providers ask for more info so they can quickly identify and block the reported video:
a) Operating system (iOS, Android or Amazon Kindle? Because there's a different ad provider on Kindle.)
b) Continent or, even better, country.
c) Screenshot if it's not too much hassle, because often there's a logo of the ad network they're getting that video from and it helps making sure they're blocking the correct video.
