Contender for the worst MMB, ever:
This is why I so rarely get the MMBs. Ugh. It went back, first time I've ever done that. But, I *had* to. Those were 60 perfectly good SBs. Must have at least a couple dozen of those great wall towers from minigames and key boxes. Ugh.
I also already had the big Magic Snowman from (I think) a key box, but never placed it since it's so big and seasonal. Waiting for Christmas to decide what to do with it. What does it do for animation?

Thanks for the gif!
I don't want to be spending (wasting) my precious SB on stuff I can get in other places for free, or buy for coins. It feels like I'm getting ripped off, like with the free round prizes being in the bonus round of Pirate's minigame.
If the Snowman had been one of the side prizes, I wouldn't have minded ... but as the main prize when it's available in the free boxes? Naw. The tower and a crop star for a crop I don't even have unlocked just further ticked me off.

happybird I am very careful with my SB too. What I have done is build all Wonders and collect the SB till I have enough of a buffer. Then I save my game and open say two MMB in a row. If nothing good then restore. And repeat for the two daily saves remaining.
I have managed to collect almost all of the tier A huts that way. Slow process but I think you are a patient longtime player anyway!
IMHO Bongfish has been really generous in allowing players to get access to really cool huts with the in-game currency. I got the Giant Plant Nursery last month (wow!) and I've also won Arborist, the Pathway Tile shop and the Garden Shop (which are incredibly useful huts). It just takes patience. -
Well, I took the plunge for the first time since posting above and bought a box last night. Surprise! It was another dud. 😑
A firefly pond (which I have a bunch of from the key boxes), a crumbling skeleton, and a marshmallow crop star. Sigh.
I'm not doing the restore thing because it has always make me terribly, terribly nervous. If something goes wrong, my emergency iCloud back up is basically inaccessible because I don't have a computer. It's just me and my decrepit iPad3 against the world.😀😭

It's likely something that is only available on planet (space sugar shack) or grove (lost village disguise shop, monty bird, etc) -
If you had question mark item, try traveling areas and each area check your storage. The reason why it appears is that item isn’t available in that area. -
You can also scroll down in the MMB inventory list and the ‘not available in this area’ items are down there, you can see the one with the new banner and it’s name.
