    Dear spelling bee I need your help with regards to a help request. I was billed twice for a exclusive smurfberry offer worth s$31.98 of which I only received the item of 350 smurfberry once and also the game that came with it. I have reported the problem with iTunes but there was no response. Hence, I tried to send in a help request but the support form keeps rejecting my support Id number which I copied from my game to paste over. Could you help to see what can be done to help me get a refund for one of the purchase? Thanks.
