  • Should I reply to my existing Customer Support ticket or open a new one?

    I recently purchased Fortune Teller & smurfberries from the EO but did not receive them. I opened a ticket and had a very prompt reply and received the smurf berries and fortune teller smurf but before I could place the hut it disappeared. If I email Zachary back does it go straight to him or do I open another ticket? I only need the FT hut and the VIP tokens. I already have the smurfberries in my account. Tia

    Hi Bobbi-Jaye. You should go ahead and reply to the most recent email you received from Customer Support. Just let them know what happened and they should hopefully send it to you again.
