    PURCHASED A 50 BUCKET OF SMURFBERRIES @ $4.99 AND DIDNT RECEIVE ANY? TRIED TO CONTACT SUPPORT TO SUBMIT A TICKET AND THIS ERROR APPEARED...

    Hello TLN08. Have you tried tried submitting your ticket through a different computer or web browser? If you have and you are still experiencing the error, are you writing a lot of text or trying to attach documents? Try to keep the ticket short, and do not include any attachments.

      Hello Spelling Bee! At the time I was trying both to paste the receipts and attach the files. Then I tried once with pasting and then once with attachments....no luck. I went on today and was able to successfully submit a ticket using attachments. Hope they will be able to help me out???

        Yes, as long as you were able to successfully submit the ticket they should get back to you. Please note however that Customer Support is closed on the Weekend. It will most likely be sometime early next week before they get in touch with you.

          I am unable to submit a ticket using my iPad. I get an error message every time. Will try on computer.
